You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you upload does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright or performance rights.

GuitarSteam reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any content that may infringe intellectual property rights.

- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the GuitarSteam player or any proprietary technology used on the platform.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to download, copy, or index tablature content, audio, or any other data from GuitarSteam without explicit written authorization.
- Use the GuitarSteam player, its interface, or underlying technology for commercial purposes outside of the platform without a separate licensing agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
GuitarSteam provides content “as is” without warranties. The platform is not liable for any loss, damage, or data issues resulting from use of the site or user content.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or applicable laws.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under international copyright and digital media standards, consistent with the principles of fair use and user-hosted content.
9. Intellectual Property of the Player
The GuitarSteam interactive player, including its 3D and 2D fretboard visualization engine, user interface, and all underlying technology, is the exclusive intellectual property of GuitarSteam and is protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.
No part of the player technology may be copied, modified, distributed, sublicensed, or used outside of guitarsteam.com without express written permission. Unauthorized use of the player or its components may result in legal action.
